宾馆服务好，卫生也好！

老板人挺好的很热情，虽然是中央空调但是空调间的空调也还是挺给力的，屋里还配置了一台风扇，平常基本用风扇就很凉快。

a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel

This hotel has given me my nightmare in China. First of all, the staff at reception don’t speak English and when I asked of an official WeChat in order to make our communication easier (that’s when she didn’t even have a translator to help two way communication) she said there was no phone. I gave them my check in receipt and they asked for deposit of 100 rmb which I paid. Then when it was time for me to go, they refused giving me my deposit back. Even after admitting that I have paid to trip.com, they asked me to get back my refund from trip.com since they will take only cash from foreigners like me. I took a receipt and realized later that even the receipt they gave me didn’t have the name of the hotel on it (it was in Chinese so I couldn’t read). Finally I left there feeling very cheated because I had pre booked and paid online on trip.com and they made me pay again for the nights. When I complained to trip.com and they called the hotel, the hotel staff lied that I didn’t come there because they knew I couldn’t speak Chinese. I was right there when trip.com customer service called because the call came when I contacted them and the staff asked me to stay on whiles she verify from the hotel. How disingenuous could a hotel be. This is just unfair. I have used trip.com to book hotels but this is the first I am disappointed in a hotel that has cheated me. I demand trip.com to take my complain serious and investigate. Thank you
