I would defiantly say this little homely abode was perfect for me. not your usual plush hotel, but indeed super sweet. The landlady and caretaker will do anything when asked within reason. perfect location to the Sanya Bay beach. great experience. ???????????????

this mini hotel is situated in one of the 3 buildings (living neighbourhood) and is run by 1 family - they remade their flat into a hotel. they are very friendly) there are only 4 rooms, but they are quite nice)) in each room there is toilet with a shower. i took the room for 2 people. it was without balcony, but that is ok for me. the main thing: shower and conditioner ?? the bed was huge! and there was also tv. the hotel is next to the Sanya bay beach. you just cross the road and you are already at the beach. the hotel is situated near Phoenix island. and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. near there is also a big shopping centre with a supermarket. near there there is also a food court and a lot of small restaurants. this hotel has a lot of advantages: nice rooms, perfect location and it is also not expensive! ?? of course hotel is not huge and luxury, but if you plan to spend most of the time outside and just to go back to hotel to sleep - this is really good place ??

位置超好。

很好!附近交通方便，对面就是海滩了，老板人很好，原本定的房间没有了，免费帮我们升级了海景房!下次有来三亚玩还来这里住

老板是东北人，实在耿直，在阳台上可以看到海，交通方便附近有一家大型平价超市，可以买菜自己做饭，房间厨房都干净整洁，这次和老弟一起来，住了5晚，感觉很好，关键是价格不贵!
