酒店提供免费穿梭巴士，来往于K11购物广场的B3层、钻石山地铁站。<div></div>之前住过屯门的贝尔特酒店，那里的基本房型不提供冰箱，但是九龙贝尔特酒店有冰箱。<div></div>晚上隔壁的电视或是什么声音，让我不得不跟着“享受”很久。直到直接打电话给隔壁，恢复了安静。第二天中午，声音再起。

The people in the reception counter is nice and always would like to chat with us on various matters.
Only the cleaning guy who try to spread the alcohol on the carpets didn't care clients were actually walking around. They just did their spraying work which made us feel bad.

The body temperature taking is reasonable. However, it would be better that if the one could say hello and thank you, it will be great. Most of time they just pointed at us and without a word. We really feel odd especially the temp taking instrument were touching our head ??

I like to stay at this hotel even if the area is not the most touristic. But it is well deserved with the mtr station "diamond hill" . I appreciate the service, the decoration of the room and the size of the rooms. The price is very reasonable
